Manchester United and Liverpool are keeping tabs on Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka’s contract situation, according to reports in the English media.
The 18-year-old has less than eighteen months to run on a £3,000 a week contract, and fans on Twitter are calling on the Gunners to sign him up to a lucrative long-term deal in order to ward off rival clubs:
I swear if we let him go

Arsenal need to 10X his salary and add 2 more years on his contract. Oh, and out in a ridiculous release clause fee.

Saka is certainly deserving of a new contract, having produced a string of high-quality performances since breaking into Arsenal’s starting eleven.
With the London club having lost both Sead Kolasinac and Kieran Tierney to injury in recent months, head coach Mikel Arteta has been forced to use the England Under 19 international in an unfamiliar position at left-back.
Saka has certainly impressed despite being played in a more defensive role, scoring three goals and providing six assists in 24 appearances this season. With those sort of figures, he is certainly deserving of a big pay rise.
