Hulk drops huge Arsenal hint

It’s fair to say that there was a point in time when Brazil forward Hulk was one of the most feared players in the game, and not just because of his name and stature.

Hulk spent four glorious years with Porto in Portugal, and was linked with a huge move across Europe to teams such as Manchester United and Chelsea.

Instead, he chose to move to Russia with Zenit, where he had a fairly successful time – but since moved to China with Shanghai SIPG, where he earns around £320,000-a-week.

The 31-year-old has since been linked with a move back to Europe, and the forward revealed his admiration for Arsenal, saying he would jump at the chance to move to the Emirates.

“I always follow the league and I have always supported Arsenal,’ said Hulk.

“I received one contact from the Premier League and quite a few others from other countries,” said Hulk.

“I admire the Premier League very much and it’s considered not by accident the best league in the world.

“Of course I follow it but I am happy here. I have almost three more years on my contract so I am happy here.

“But one never knows in football, everything can happen and my agent receives contact from Europe, including from the UK.”
