Holding, Tierney And Martinelli In, Sokratis, Kolasinac And Saka To Miss Out: Arsenal’s Predicted XI To Play Bournemouth

Arsenal’s 4-0 win against Standard Liege on Thursday means that manager Unai Emery has some good selection headaches ahead of tomorrow’s game against Bournemouth.

In defence, Rob Holding and Kieran Tierney, in particular, may have done enough to get their first league starts of the season. That means Sokratis and Sead Kolasinac could be dropped.

There could be some changes in midfield as well. Emery is likely to choose between two of Lucas Torreira, Granit Xhaka and Matteo Guendouzi, while the other position will be taken up by either Joe Willock or Dani Ceballos.

Both scored against Standard so it is pretty much a toss-up between the two when the Gunners line up against Eddie Howe’s men tomorrow afternoon.

Gabriel Martinelli again impressed with another double midweek, and while it may be harsh to drop Bukayo Saka after a good display against Manchester United, the Brazilian’s form may force Emery’s hand.

Despite his lacklustre start, Nicolas Pepe is likely to be given another chance to get his Arsenal career up and running, with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang leading the line.

Arsenal’s Predicted XI To Face Bournemouth:

Leno, Chambers, Holding, David Luiz, Tierney, Guendouzi, Ceballos, Xhaka, Pepe, Aubameyang, Martinelli
