Arsenal left-back Kieran Tierney have been pictured back in the first-team training with just over a week to go before the start of the Premier League campaign.
The Scottish international underwent knee surgery back in April with the hope being that he would return for preseason. Things haven’t exactly gone to plan and, while fans on Twitter are delighted that the Scottish international is back available, many still have doubts over how long he will stay fit:

KT is too injury prone to be first choice of a serious team. He should play back up

Following Oleksandr Zinchenko’s Β£32m arrival from Manchester City, Tierney will have competition for his place on the left-hand side of defence.
With the 25-year-old having only recently returned to full fitness, you would think that Zinchenko is the favourite to start against Crystal Palace in the season opener on Friday week.
There is still some time for Tierney to get back up to speed before the trip to Selhurst Park, though, with the Gunners playing their last friendly versus Sevilla this Saturday.
