Arsenal winger Willian will be allowed to leave the Emirates this summer, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
The Italian journalist claims the Gunners are waiting for bids for the Brazilian international with a number of teams in Europe and the US likely to make their move:

For some reason, Willian has experienced a sharp dip in confidence following his move across London, and while he has provided seven assists this season, he has only managed one goal, which came against West Brom last weekend.
Considering the 32-year-old is likely to be on a sizeable wage, it seems sensible to offload the midfielder, and it will be hoped that Arsenal can get a decent fee for the player, despite his struggles this campaign.
