Arsenal midfielder Emile Smith Rowe scored his third goal in just his sixth match of senior football last night.
The talented teenager scored the opener in the 3-0 win over Vorskla as manager Unai Emery selected a youthful looking side in the Europa League fixture.
Smith Rowe has taken to first-team football like a duck to water, and supporters on Twitter are running out of superlatives for the 18-year-old:
He’s so smooth on the ball. Glides across the pitch.

Amazingly good. He belongs to the future and I'll be here for that year to come.

Really effective on the left, felt he was a bit weaker when he switched wings but looks every bit of a future star! This kid could be the next Wilshire and more!

Awesome!
Deserve to play in the League— Robin Inside Tehrani (@TehraniRobin) 30 November 2018
The midfielder played from the left-wing last night, but he is just as capable of playing from the right-hand side or through the middle.
Gunners fans are right to be excited by the England Under 19 international’s future prospects, and it will certainly not be long before he is given his Premier League debut.
We shouldn’t forget the likes of Eddie Nketiah, Joe Willock, Charlie Gilmour, Bukayo Saka and Zech Medley who were also given game time by Emery yesterday but Smith Rowe is certainly the standout among the youngsters currently.
