The Spaniard didn’t have a lot to do versus Brighton, and he did drop one cross from Simon Adingra which still raises questions about some aspects of his goalkeeping.
However, Raya’s passing was excellent, and he will need to be just as composed playing out from the back at Anfield.
The 28-year-old has to show he can cope with the pressure of playing in such a high-profile fixture.
Any mistakes on Saturday evening will be punished by their opponents so he has to be at the top of his game.
