5. Kai Havertz – £62.4 million
The Gunners signed German striker Kai Havertz in 2023 for a fee of £65m meaning that his value hasn’t depreciated too much after a season and a half at the Emirates.
It is unlikely that Arsenal would sell Kai Havertz in January after he has helped them by scoring seven goals so far this season.
However, the German international could be replaced as there are reports suggesting Arsenal will try and sign a striker in the transfer window.
