Father Of £53M Rated Teenage Sensation Has Visited London To Hold Talks With Arsenal And Chelsea

The father of Athletico Paranaense striker Vitor Roque has been in London to discuss a potential transfer to Arsenal and Chelsea, according to Mundo Deportivo.

Juvenal Ferreira has been pictured in the capital and it is believed that he has made the trip to hold talks with the two London teams.

Roque has a €60m (£53m) release clause so a lot will depend on who is prepared to stump up the cash for the teenager.

Teams on the continent are also reportedly interested in the Brazilian and it is believed that Ferreira will also be travelling to Paris in order to have a meeting with PSG, before a trip to Spain later this week where he is scheduled to hold discussions with Barcelona.

At the moment, it isn’t known who is the favourite for Roque’s signature. Arsenal’s sporting director Edu has strong connections in Brazil, so that could play a role, but more developments are expected after the forward’s father has finished his tour of Europe.
