Lukas Fabianski has left Arsenal after spending 7 years under Wenger’s management. The 29 year old chose Swansea City where he hopes to make more than 5 appearances per year like he often did with the Gunners. Statistics have shown that the Polish international has the worst percentage when it comes to saves but this is mainly due to his limited number of appearances whoch he will be hoping to change as he will now be vying with Michel Vorm at Swansea City for the starting position. Rumors have it, Arsenal might sign former Joe Hart’s former substitute, Costel Pantelimon who was recently left without a contract by City. He would be great competition for the Polish international. The Romanian was always an option for Wenger who now has the chance of signing him for free. The fresh Premier League winner who is only 27 always made a great impression while replacing Hart. He seems confident and very well adapted to Premier League football considering he moved to the UK back in 2011. Arsenal will also have to find a third option as they need three goalkeepers to start the season.
