AC Milan are not interested in Arsenal midfielder Granit Xhaka, according to reliable Guardian journalist Fabrizio Romano. The Italian club are said to have their eyes on another Gunners star.
Lucas Torreira was linked with a move to the San Siro in the summer and it appears that the Rossoneri retain an interest in the player. The Uruguayan is believed to be open to the move, having reportedly told the Gunners that he would like the club to listen to offers for him.

Considering Torreira is likely to be the main beneficiary of Xhaka’s departure from the Emirates, it is surprising that the 23-year-old is also open to leaving.
However, the Uruguayan international did flirt with a move last summer and it appears that the draw of returning to Italy is tempting him to leave London. Whether he’ll get his wish, we shall have to wait and see.
