Arsenal are interested in signing Joao Cancelo from Manchester City, according to reports in the English media.
The Portuguese international is currently on loan at Bayern Munich, who have a €70m (£61m) option to buy the fullback at the end of the season.
However, it has been claimed that the Bundesliga champions won’t trigger their purchase clause and he could end up back at the Etihad. If that happens, the Gunners could pounce, and fans on Twitter would back the club making a move for the player:

As some supporters have pointed out, you do have to wonder whether City would be prepared to sell any more players to Arsenal.
Both Gabriel Jesus and Oleksandr Zinchenko have played key roles in the Gunners’ push for the Premier League title this campaign and you’d have to think that manager Pep Guardiola would be very reluctant to strengthen Mikel Arteta’s squad any further this summer.
