Arsenal face another tough trip this weekend as they head to Stamford Bridge to play against Enzo Maresca’s Chelsea.
The Gunners are in desperate need of a win after consecutive defeats in all competitions following a 1-0 defeat to Newcastle United and a 1-0 loss against Inter Milan in the Champions League.
In the Premier League, Arsenal are winless in three games and could be 10 points behind league leaders Liverpool if Arne Slot’s team beat Aston Villa on Saturday.
Arsenal have been dealing with several injury issues recently, however it could be good news for Martin Odegaard who could make his return this weekend after he’s been out since the October international break.
However, Declan Rice is a doubt for the game against Chelsea as he didn’t travel to Italy for their game against Inter on Wednesday due to a foot injury. Mikel Arteta said: “It was a knock, so it’s a problem with his foot. He wasn’t comfortable with it, so at the moment, he’s not fit.”

Arsenal made narrow favourites against Chelsea
Despite the Gunners’ poor form and the fact that they are playing away from home at Stamford Bridge, the bookmakers have made Mikel Arteta’s side the favourites to win on Sunday.
According to Oddschecker, Arsenal are backed to win at 13/8 which gives them a 38% chance to win against the Blues. Whereas, Chelsea are backed at 15/8 (35%) and a draw is backed at 88/35 (28.5%).
We predict a 1-1 draw in which Arsenal could be frustrated by a tough Chelsea team which would make it four games without a win in the league for Mikel Arteta’s side.
