The Athletic reporter David Ornstein has revealed that Arsenal loanee Folarin Balogun will push for a permanent move away from the Gunners at the end of the season.
The 21-year-old has thrived out on loan at Stade Reims, but he isn’t keen to return to his parent club and sit on the bench. With the striker unwilling to sign a new contract or interested in going out on loan again, clubs across Europe are lining up to sign him.
While fans on Twitter are reluctant to see such a talented player leave, they hope that Arsenal get the best deal possible if they do decide to sell Balogun:
Cash in if we get over 50M

Let him go with a buy back clause, personally I'd love to keep him for the depth

No sentiments, sell. If he can't be a teamplayer, he should bounce. We can sell big and get Caceido and Rice.

Amazing talent. I would love see him at Arsenal but Arteta and Edu can always get another player to fit the system

50m for an English club as he is homegrown, 45m for other clubs.

We shouldn’t stand in the way of anyone, ur either 100% committed to Arsenal or good luck elsewhere

Ship him out with a buy back clause

I actually agree with him leaving but with a right to first buy with certain conditions that favour the club

There are said to be at least five teams pursuing Balogun, including the likes of AC Milan, Inter Milan, Marseille, Monaco and RB Leipzig, so the Gunners will be hoping for a sizeable fee for the England Under 21 international.
As some supporters have mentioned, a buyback clause would be ideal, although both the player and his next club would have to agree for it to be included in the contract.
