Goalkeeper and Defence
GK – David Raya – the Spaniard has been in excellent form and he may be asked to make a few saves this weekend.
RB – Ben White – the defender was substituted at half-time versus Shakhtar Donetsk midweek but that was probably because he was on a yellow card.
CB – Jakub Kiwior – some have tipped White to move into the centre with Saliba absent, but Arteta has usually picked the Pole as his first reserve in the middle of defence.
CB – Gabriel – the Brazilian will need to step up to the plate without Saliba alongside him. If he puts in a commanding performance, the Gunners should get a good result.
LB – Oleksandr Zinchenko – Jurrien Timber may only be fit to make the bench, while Riccardo Calafiori is sidelined with a knee injury. It will be a risk playing Zinchenko as he has only just returned to fitness himself but needs must.
