Bellerin, Tierney, Ceballos And Lacazette To Start: Arsenal’s Predicted XI To Face Palace

A shakeup is needed after Arsenal’s poor defeat to Sheffield United on Monday. Manager Unai Emery has a number of options to choose from in his squad, and it would be a surprise if he doesn’t make some changes after losing at Bramall Lane.

Kieran Tierney impressed once again in the 3-2 win over Vitoria midweek, and he must be getting close to a first Premier League start. Hector Bellerin must also be a candidate to replace Calum Chambers on the right-hand side.

With the Gunners having conceded two midweek, though, Emery is probably likely to stick with Sokratis and David Luiz in the centre of defence against Crystal Palace.

Dani Ceballos’s absence from the starting eleven against Vitoria suggests he will be in the lineup tomorrow, and it seems that Emery has settled on Granit Xhaka and Matteo Guendouzi as his first choice holding midfielders.

Nicolas Pepe’s superb brace on Thursday will almost certainly mean he will start alongside Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, with Alexandre Lacazette expected to make his first league start since the North London derby.
