Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey could return before the end of the campaign with the Ghanaian stepping up his recovery from a thigh injury, according to Football.London‘s Chris Wheatley.
The reliable journalist claims that the best-case scenario would be for the 28-year-old to make his comeback against Everton on the final day of the season. It is believed that there is no chance of him returning for the two matches before then versus Tottenham and Newcastle:
Thomas Partey is taking part in daily sessions with a personal trainer as he continues his recovery from injury.
As things stand, best case scenario would be a return for the final game of the season against Everton.

With supporters on Twitter hoping that Champions League qualification will be wrapped up before the last game of the campaign, most don’t believe any chances should be taken on Partey’s fitness:
Beat Tottenham and we don't have to worry about the last two matches.

Depends on this weeks result. If we don’t beat Spurs and need to win against Everton, maybe.

Secure top 4 on Thursday and keep him rested until the new season 👌

he must not be rushed as it could lead to further complications in the near future

We're qualifying for the UCL at the Lane so allow him to recover fully for the season ahead

Xhaka and Elneny can do the job. Don’t rush him
— LONER!!!! (@Mcklose10) May 10, 2022
We’re not missing him, unless Elneny somehow gets injured for the Everton game then yeah we’d have to risk it if CL is still not secure

Nah keep him out.

If champions league is at stake and he is fit he has to play

Manager Mikel Arteta has pointed out himself that the Gunners’ win ratio is a lot higher when Partey plays but, as some fans point out, Mohamed Elneny has filled in ably in the absence of the Ghanaian international.
Of course, a good result against Spurs means Partey won’t need to be rushed back but we shall see how things go tomorrow night.
