Arsenal midfielder Xavier Amaechi could be set to leave the Emirates after stalling on signing a new contract with the club, according to reports in England.

The winger is said to be unhappy to have missed out on the Europa League final against Chelsea despite the Gunners being able to name 12 players on the bench.

Amaechi travelled out to Baku but was the only player not to be selected as a substitute as manager Unai Emery opted to select a third goalkeeper instead.

The 18-year-old has been scouted by Bayern Munich, but the Bundesliga giants are not the only European team that are keen on signing the player this summer.

A number of Spanish clubs are also said to be looking at Amaechi, with the England Under 17 international having two years remaining on his current deal.

The midfielder made 14 appearances for the Under 23s in Premier League 2 last campaign but has yet to make his senior debut.
