Arsenal turn their attention away from the Premier League on Wednesday as they face a trip to Deepdale to play Preston in the Carabao Cup. 

The Gunners will be vying to make the quarter-finals for the first time since the 2021/22 season when they got the league cup semi-finals.

They face Championship side Preston and will be heavily favoured to get to the next round despite winning just one of their last three matches.

The Gunners come off the back of a 2-2 draw with Premier League rivals Liverpool which handed Manchester City the chance to take the top spot in the league.
