Arsenal Vs Man City Team News, Betting Odds And Where To Watch

Arsenal welcome Manchester City to the Emirates this weekend in the latest edition of the rivalry between Mikel Arteta and Pep Guardiola.

The Gunners currently sit second in the Premier League table, six points off league leaders Liverpool, who also have a game in hand. They won 2-1 in their last game against Girona in the Champions League, taking them through to the round of 16.

They won 1-0 against Wolves in their last league game, in which Myles Lewis-Skelly was sent off, but Arsenal successfully appealed the decision, and he won’t face a ban, making him available for the City game.

Arsenal couldn’t get the three points in their last meeting with City, drawing 2-2 at the Etihad Stadium. Following the game, City striker Erling Haaland was seen to tell Arsenal players to “stay humble” after the match.

City are currently fourth in the league table, six points behind Arteta’s side, who will hope to get the upper hand on their title rivals from the last two seasons. Click here to see our predicted XI for Arsenal.

Arteta backed to beat former boss Pep Guardiola

Arsenal have been the better side over the course of the season, but City do seem to have seen a resurgence in the league, unbeaten in their last six games.

According to Oddschecker, Arsenal are the favourites to win on Sunday with odds of 1/1, giving them a 50% chance to win the game.

City are backed to win at odds of 31/10, which gives them a 24.4% chance of winning the game, meanwhile a draw is backed at 35/13. We predict a repeat of the reverse fixture with another 2-2 draw on Sunday.
