Arsenal are preparing for a Carabao Cup semi-final clash against Chelsea on Wednesday night at Stamford Bridge. 

The Gunners are hoping to take a lead into the second-leg of the tie, which will take place at the Emirates in early February. Mikel Arteta’s side make the short trip to Stamford Bridge to play against Liam Rosenior’s Chelsea for the first time in his reign.

Arsenal haven’t won any silverware since 2021 during Arteta’s first season in charge, and there is a lot of pressure for the Gunners to win a trophy under Arteta this season, as they remain in all four major competitions.
