Arsenal V West Brom: Preview, Team News And Betting Odds

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has confirmed that Bukayo Saka should be fit to face West Brom on Saturday evening. The teenager picked up a knock in the 1-0 win over Brighton on Tuesday but the Gunners boss says he is confident that the winger will be available for the Baggies clash.

Willian and David Luiz are also likely to be fit following absences due to illness, but Reiss Nelson is a doubt after Arteta revealed that the winger has been carrying a muscular injury. Gabriel will miss the match due to the virus while Thomas Partey (thigh) is unlikely to feature.

West Brom boss Sam Allardyce will be reeling from the 5-0 home defeat to Leeds earlier this week, and he will go into the match at the Emirates this weekend without a number of players. Jake Livermore is serving the final match of his three-match suspension after his sending off against Aston Villa.

Conor Townsend will also be missing due to a knee injury, while Kyle Bartley (calf), Hal Robson-Kanu (arm) and Kieran Gibbs (thigh) are all major doubts.

The bookmakers have made Arsenal the firm favourites with Betway pricing them at 8/13 for the win. A draw is 16/5 with William Hill while a West Brom victory is 5/1 at Betfair.

Predicted Score – 1-0 to Arsenal
