Arsenal rested the majority of their first team players in the 3-0 win over Vorskla on Thursday, meaning many were saved the long flight to Ukraine.

With a full week’s rest, the Gunners squad should be fit and raring to go for the derby against Tottenham on Sunday, although there are a few injury concerns.

Manager Unai Emery will be hoping Alexandre Lacazette has had enough time to recover from a groin problem. The striker missed last weekend’s game against Bournemouth.

Arsenal will be without Nacho Monreal, though, with the left-back still a week or two away from full fitness following a hamstring issue. Danny Welbeck (ankle) and Konstantinos Mavropanos (groin) remain sidelined.

The Gunners could, however, welcome back Laurent Koscielny for the Spurs game. The French defender has not featured this season due to an Achilles injury, but played for the Under 23s against Derby on Monday, and could return to the matchday squad at the Emirates.

Meanwhile, Tottenham’s injury list is still pretty long. Left-back Danny Rose did return to the substitutes bench for the win against Inter Milan midweek, but they still have five players out.

Right-back Kieran Trippier is a doubt due to a groin strain, and the likes of Davinson Sanchez (hamstring), Victor Wanyama (knee), Mousa Dembele (ankle) and Victor Janssen (foot) are all long-term absentees.

The bookmakers have found this one difficult to call, despite the Gunners being at home. An Arsenal win is 13/8 with Bet365, the best price for a draw is 13/5 with BetVictor while a Spurs victory is 7/4 with Unibet.

Arsenal’s Predicted XI To Face Tottenham:

Leno, Bellerin, Mustafi, Holding, Kolasinac, Torreira, Bellerin, Iwobi, Ozil, Aubameyang, Lacazette

Tottenham’s Predicted XI:

Lloris, Aurier, Alderweireld, Vertonghen, Davies, Dier, Winks, Eriksen, Alli, Son, Kane

Predicted Score – 2-2
