Arsenal V Manchester United: Match Preview, Team News And Betting Odds

Arsenal will take on Manchester United at the Emirates this weekend after a confidence-boosting win against Southampton during the week. They will be facing a Red Devils’ side who suffered a shock home loss to Sheffield United last time out so the Gunners will be looking to take advantage of the setback.

In terms of team news, manager Mikel Arteta has injury doubts over Kieran Tierney (leg), Thomas Partey and Emile Smith Rowe (both muscular). Captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and new signing Martin Odegaard could be unavailable for other reasons. Neither Dani Ceballos (calf) nor Pablo Mari (calf) are expected to be involved on Saturday.

United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has four players currently on the treatment table. Eric Bailly and Brandon Williams both have knocks while Marcos Rojo (calf) and Phil Jones (knee) have been ruled out.

The bookmakers have made United very slight favourites with BetVictor pricing them at 6/4 for the win. A draw is 5/2 with Sky Bet while an Arsenal victory is 15/8 at William Hill.

Predicted Score – 1-1
