Arsenal’s record against Bayern Munich in the Champions League is a poor one. Last season they did well in the first leg with a 2-2 draw at the Emirates Stadium.
However, in the second leg, Bayern won 1-0 with a goal from Joshua Kimmich and the Gunners’ fate was sealed in a Quarter Finals exit.

A dismal display against Bayern in 2016/17 when they lost both the first and second legs 5-1 in what was Arsene Wenger’s last Champions League campaign as manager.
Alexis Sanchez and Theo Walcott scored the Gunners’ two goals in what was a tie-to-forget for the North London side.
