Arsenal fans have been reacting on social media to recent news linking the Gunners over a move for Napoli striker Victor Osimhen, who is on loan at Galatasaray.
Osimhen was previously linked to Arsenal in the summer transfer window, alongside Chelsea and Manchester United. However, recent reports have suggested that the Gunners could pay around £76m in order to sign him in January.
Despite the fact that he is on loan, Osimhen could be recalled by Napoli should a transfer fee get agreed with the likes of Arsenal in January. It comes as the Gunners search for a striker following the major injury to Gabriel Jesus, who is set to miss the remainder of the season.
According to Football Italia, Arsenal could pay £76m and Napoli would likely accept the deal, meaning that he could move soon. Gunners fans have taken to X to react to the news…
Now is the time.
Conte has stated Osimhen isn’t in his plans. His stocks have dropped & could probably be had for £70m.
He is still the same player as he was at Napoli. Still banging goals in Europe.

Arsenal linked with several strikers in January window
If the Gunners don’t decide to pursue Victor Osimhen in the January transfer window, there are several other potential targets that they have been linked to this month.
Arsenal could make a move for Benjamin Sesko, who they had previously been linked with in the summer. However, reports have suggested that Arsenal won’t sign him in January due to financial concerns.
Furthermore, Wolves striker Matheus Cunha has also been linked to the Gunners, his transfer remains a possibility due to the fact that he’s yet to sign a new contract with the Premier League side.
