Arsenal are one of the clubs that have shown the “most interest” in signing Real Madrid forward Rodrygo, according to AS journalist Eduardo Burgos.
The Brazilian international, who has won the Champions League on two occasions, is said to be considering his future at the Bernabeu and the Gunners are keeping tabs on his situation.
While some fans on X have questioned Rodrygo’s scoring record, the majority believe that he would be an excellent addition to the squad:
I will take him 100% insane upgrade on Martinelli

Arsenal would have to spend a sizeable sum on the forward
Even if Real do sanction Rodrygo’s sale this summer, they are unlikely to let him leave on the cheap. Reports in the Spanish media have suggested a valuation of around €100m (£84m).
With Mikel Arteta’s side also keen on recruiting a No.9, it is hard to see how they can afford to sign Rodrygo as well, unless they can negotiate down the asking price.
Other Premier League clubs want Rodrygo
Although it appears that Arsenal are the team likeliest to make a move for the 24-year-old, they are not the only English team that have been linked with the player in recent months.
Manchester City and Liverpool have also been credited with an interest in the past so there could well be competition for Rodrygo’s signature if he becomes available this summer.
