Arsenal have been keeping tabs on Real Sociedad defender Jon Martin, according to reports.

The Daily Mail claim that the Gunners and Real Madrid have both sent scouts to see the teenager in action.

1) He made his senior debut as a 16-year-old

Martin made his first appearance at senior level when playing for Real Sociedad’s C team in Spain’s fourth tier.

The centre-back was only 16 years of age when he was given 20 minutes off the bench against Utebo FC.

Martin played in two other matches during the 2022/23 season before being promoted to the B team for the start of the following campaign.
