Arsenal are among the clubs tracking Leeds youngster Archie Gray, according to HITC Football.
The website claims that the Gunners, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United and Bayern Munich are interested in signing the England Under 21 international.
After a rather underwhelming display for Leeds in the Championship Playoff Final last weekend, fans on X are divided over whether Gray is worth making a move for:
Highly rated player, but what did he actually do in the play-off final

Archie Gray is not good at RB. He’d have to be developed as a pure midfielder.

Leeds need to sell this summer
After failing to gain promotion, the Yorkshire club need to balance the books. Their chairman Paraag Marathe has admitted that sales will be required to stay within Financial Fair Play regulations:
“We have the funds we need to do what we need, but there will need to be some trade-offs because of [profit and sustainability rules].”
Gray’s asking price is rather high
When the 18-year-old was first linked with Premier League clubs at the end of last year, it was reported that Leeds had slapped a £40m valuation on the player.
That stance is likely to change now due to the club’s financial situation but Arsenal may still have to pay a sizeable sum for Gray, considering that there is a lot of interest in the teenager. It is definitely a transfer story to keep an eye on, though, as it looks like he will be on the move this summer.
