Could sign: Rayan – Vasco De Gama
Arsenal don’t have too many positional needs, and so what they will likely do in January is just take advantage of any deals they can do in an opportune way.
For example, Arsenal have been linked, amongst other clubs, to signing Vasco De Gama wonderkid Rayan, who aged just 19, is expected to become a future Brazilian star.
If a chance for the Gunners to sign him emerges in January, they could easily pounce on it, and even send him out on loan until the end of the season to help with experience.
Won’t sign: Anthony Gordon – Newcastle United
The Gunners have also been linked to Newcastle star Anthony Gordon, but let’s be honest, the Magpies would set a very very high asking price on the England international.
Fabrizio Romano has already confirmed that Arsenal won’t make a move for Gordon in January, so there really isn’t much more to say…he will be staying at St James’ Park.
