Gabriel Martinelli is poised to officially complete his move from Arsenal to Al-Hilal.

With Gabriel Jesus also set to make the switch to Barcelona, the Gunners’ forward options look quite thin, so there has been plenty of speculation about a potential arrival before the deadline on September 1st.

Of course, all the talk has been about Julian Alvarez, but if the striker does not sign, there is still a chance that Mikel Arteta’s side will switch their attention to finding a like-for-like replacement for Martinelli instead.
