Ryan Fraser

Bournemouth winger Ryan Fraser has moved further towards the exit door at the Vitality Stadium after ending talks over a new contract, according to the Mirror.

The 25-year-old’s current deal expires in 2020, and he will have just 12 months left to run at the end of this season.

Fraser’s decision comes after Arsenal were linked with a move for the Scottish international, with the player himself even commenting that he would be open to a move to the Emirates.

The diminutive winger could be available for a relatively low price this summer because of his contract situation, but the Gunners won’t be the only club interested. It is believed that both Tottenham and Chelsea are also keeping an eye on him.

Fraser was surprisingly left out of the starting line up for the Cherries’ 3-3 draw against Southampton at the weekend but came on just 23 minutes into the game for Chris Mepham, creating Callum Wilson’s equaliser four minutes from time.

The midfielder has been in decent form this season, having scored eight goals and contributed 13 assists in 40 appearances.
