Arsenal Target Out Of Favor Spanish Star

Arsenal are looking to capitalise on Real Madrid star Isco with a bid in January, but the Spaniard has insisted he remains happy to be part of Carlo Ancelotti’s squad despite not playing as many games in the season so far, according to the Express.

Isco began his career at the Valencia youth academy in 2006, before signing up professionally for the B team. After some splendid performances in the side, he was given the chance to play for the senior team, but the player was keen on a move to Malaga. Under Manuel Pellegrini as manager, Isco flourished in his natural attacking game, and soon got the recognition he deserved on the national stage. Pellegrini quit Malaga soon for Manchester City, and Isco was granted his dream move to Madrid in 2013. The 22-year old has played 38 league matches so far for the Galacticos, scoring 8 goals in the process.

Arsenal are always on the lookout for reliable midfield talent, as it forms an integral part of their gameplay. Some teams depend on the big strikers up front to provide the goods, but Arsenal’s fluid passing display can only be enhanced by an attack minded creative midfielder general like former Gunner Cesc Fabregas to be in total control of the midfield and Isco could fit the bill. However, Isco would cost Arsenal a big fee, and will require Arsene Wenger to persuade the player to leave his homeland and shift to England.
