Arsenal Target Belgian Youngster David Henen

Arsenal look keen on signing 18 year old, David Henen who is considered one of Europe’s most promising players. The youngster who also attracted the attention of United and City, who noticed the striker while playing next to fellow compatriot Adnan Januzaj who impressed last season. According to the Daily Mail, Wenger is set to pay £1million for the versatile forward. After representing Belgium in all youth teams up until the U18, Henen is set to make the step to the big team sometime next year.

Henen stood out because of his efficiency in front of goal. That is exactly what Arsenal need considering Sanogo has yet to prove himself. Even if the Belgian will probably be sent on loan with a Premier League team until he gets acquainted with English football, he still represents a great investment to make.


Dortmund have also been following the 18 year old for a while now. Henen might be tempted to sign with the German side considering they are closer to home and that his chances of making it to the starting line-up are considerably bigger with Borussia. Wenger will have to move fast despite currently being away in Brazil. The Gunners have failed to make any transfers whatsoever which can be a problem especially after parting ways with 11 players some of which were youngsters just like Henen when the Gunners surely need some established players to bolster the squad.
