Arsenal Predicted XI vs West Ham

Arsenal take on West Ham tomorrow in their first game of the new campaign.

The Gunners will kick off with a home advantage, and look to build on their 3rd place finish from last season.

West Ham have been extremely busy over the summer with a new manager and several new signings. They look set to sign £15m Rondon, but the deal won’t be done in time for him to face Arsenal.

Jack Wilshere will miss the opener after suffering a hairline fracture to his left fibula. Alexis Sanchez, who only recently returned to training after his Copa America exploits for Chile, is also out while Danny Welbeck and Tomas Rosicky are both unavailable through injury.

Arsenal have lost just one of their last 14 Premier League fixtures on the opening weekend, winning nine. Whereas West Ham have lost more Premier League games on the opening weekend than any other side.

Here’s how we believe Arsenal will line-up against West Ham:

Cech

Bellerin – Mertesacker – Koscielny – Monreal

Coquelin – Ramsey

Oxlade-Chamberlain – Ozil – Cazorla

Giroud

Arsenal could start up-front with Giroud instead of Walcott, who Wenger has preferred in recent times.
