Arsenal Player Ratings Vs Olympiacos: One Player Gets 9/10 While Another Gets An 8

Arsenal had to wait until stoppage time to wrap up the win against Olympiacos but it was a well-deserved three points.

Goals from Gabriel Martinelli and Bukayo Saka secured victory for Mikel Arteta’s side at the Emirates.

Read below as we go through our Arsenal player ratings for the Champions League fixture on Wednesday night.

Goalkeeper and Defence

GK – David Raya – 7/10 – the Spaniard wasn’t called upon too often but he did make one great save from Daniel Podence midway through the first half.

RB – Ben White  – 6/10 – the defender couldn’t keep track of Podence for his chance but he did make a decisive intervention early in the second half to stop Gelson Martins.

CB – William Saliba – 6/10 – a solid showing from the centre-back but there were one or two moments when he was beaten in the air.

CB – Gabriel – 5/10 – the Brazilian had issues dealing with the impressive Ayoub El Kaabi, and was careless in possession at times.

LB – Myles Lewis-Skelly – 7/10 – his cross in the opening couple of minutes created a gilt-edged chance for Gabriel Martinelli. It was a positive display on the left-back’s return to the starting eleven.
