Arsenal Plan Sensational Swoop for Manchester United Striker!

Javier Hernandez failed to establish himself at United last season and was behind Robin van Persie, Wayne Rooney and Danny Welback in the pecking order. With new boss Louis Van Gaal favoring van Persie, Hernandez knows he will likely play a bit-part role again and has indicated his desire to leave the club.

The 26-year-old is expected to quit the club this summer with the likes of Inter Milan, Tottenham Hotspur and Real Madrid interested in his services. However, fresh reports have suggested that Arsenal are serious about bringing the striker to the Emirates Stadium.

The Gunners will be boosted by the news that the Mexico international is looking for a way out of Manchester and they are confident of striking up a deal with United, to whom they sold van Persie two seasons ago.

According to the Express, Hernandez said, “This whole year has been very tough. Players need confidence more than anything else, and I’ve been very short of it. Very few people have shown faith in me over this past year.”

So it seems like Arsenal and United may do business again but hopefully this time it is a player coming to the Emirates rather than leaving.
