Atletico Madrid forward Joao Felix could be made available for transfer this summer, according to journalist Shay Lugassi.
The Portuguese international, who was linked to Arsenal back in February, is believed to have been “offered” to Paris Saint-Germain and Lugassi claims his agent is also in talks with other teams:
🚨Exclusive: Joao Felix has been offered to PSG and a number of other clubs. Diego Simeone does not consider the player non-transferable and his agent is in contact with a number of clubs. Departure is NOT ruled out. #FCBlive pic.twitter.com/RZLTEUlYp2

Felix has never really been able to live up to his £113m price tag since he made the switch from Benfica in 2019. Even after his move to Atletico, his potential was widely heralded, with Lokomotiv Moscow head coach Yuri Semin having remarked on the player’s ability before a Champions League group game:
“He is going to be one of the future stars of world football, like Cristiano Ronaldo or maybe even more, because he still has much potential to grow.”
Whether the Gunners would still be keen on recruiting Felix, considering they are close to securing the signature of Manchester City striker Gabriel Jesus, it seems doubtful. The player has also been linked to other Premier League clubs over the last couple of years, including the likes of Manchester United, Manchester City and Liverpool, so we shall see if he ends up moving to England,
