Arsenal were outstanding against West Ham at the London Stadium and manager Mikel Arteta will be delighted that his team have managed to keep the pressure on the likes of Liverpool and Manchester City.
The Gunners were dominant from the first minute and they could, arguably, have been ahead before William Saliba scored the opener with a header from a corner.
From then on, though, it was simply a matter of how many goals the away side were going to score. Four before half-time did not flatter Arteta’s side, and the final score was more than deserved.
