Goalkeeper and Defence
GK – David Raya – 7/10 – had a difficult time at the start of the second half but he was good other than that.
RB – Thomas Partey – 6/10 – the Ghanaian international was solid which is all you can ask of him considering he is playing out of position.
CB – William Saliba – 6/10 – one poor pass aside, the Frenchman was relatively untroubled and kept Monaco forward Breel Embolo quiet.
CB – Jakub Kiwior 6/10 – there were good and bad moments from the Pole. Was caught out once, allowing Aleksandr Golovin to get a shot away, but he also hit an excellent pass which should have led to a goal.
LB – Myles Lewis-Skelly – 8/10 – played a key role in the opening goal with a great pass. Was deployed as the inverted fullback by Arteta and he excelled.
