Goalkeeper and Defence
GK – David Raya – 6/10 – wasn’t really tested by Brighton until he conceded the penalty from Joao Pedro.
RB – Thomas Partey – 6/10 – called into action at right-back due to Jurrien Timber’s suspension and he acquitted himself well, with the exception of one or two poor passes.
CB – William Saliba – 7/10 – the France international had had a great game until he gave away what was a very soft penalty.
CB – Gabriel – 7/10 – the centre-half wasn’t really tested in the first half but he stood up to the plate when Brighton applied more pressure after the interval.
LB – Riccardo Calafiori – 6/10 – Yankuba Minteh did have the beating of him after the winger came on in the second half but it was an improvement on the Italian’s display against Brentford.
