Goalkeeper and Defence
GK – David Raya – 5/10 – it wasn’t the best of games from the Spaniard, who let in Mbeumo’s opener at his near post before almost conceding a tame shot from Keane Lewis-Potter.
RB – Jurrien Timber – 6/10 – the fullback was solid defensively but he is now suspended for this weekend’s game against Brighton after picking up his 5th booking of the season.
CB – William Saliba – 8/10 – kept the dangerous Yoane Wissa quiet which is some going.
CB – Gabriel – 8/10 – the Brazilian was dominant and made several important interceptions to reduce the threat that Brentford posed.
LB – Riccardo Calafiori – 5/10 – he was very much at fault for Mbeumo’s goal, allowing him far too much space and time to get off a shot.
