Goalkeeper and Defence
GK – David Raya – 7/10 – couldn’t do much about Yoane Wissa’s equaliser but he made a good stop from Kristoffer Ajer earlier in the game, and his quick thinking led to Arsenal scoring from a counter-attack.
RB – Thomas Partey – 8/10 – the midfielder was played out of position at right-back and he did incredibly well to keep up with Declan Rice and put away Arsenal’s opener.
CB – William Saliba 6/10 – the centre-back failed to win a header before Brentford’s goal which takes his rating down by a couple of marks. He had played very well up until that point.
CB – Jakub Kiwior – 7/10 – the Polish international put in an assured performance which is a good sign ahead of the game at the Bernabeu.
LB – Kieran Tierney – 7/10 – the left-back had a goal ruled out for offside after getting his first start in the Premier League for nearly 2 years.
