Arsenal got back to winning ways in the Premier League with a 1-0 win against rivals Chelsea to cement their spot in second place. 

The Gunners won after a goal from Mikel Merino, who was playing as a striker for Mikel Arteta‘s side at the Emirates.

Elsewhere, Man United won 3-0 against Leicester City, and Man City missed a chance to gain ground on Chelsea with a 2-2 draw against Brighton.

Tottenham lost to Champions League-chasing Fulham putting more pressure on Ange Postecoglou, and Brentford got one up on an impressive Bournemouth side.
