Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka is expected to become the club’s “highest-paid player” if he signs a contract extension, according to reports.
The 23-year-old’s current deal expires in 2027 but the Gunners are now confident of tying him down for the long term, with insider source HandofArsenal claiming that talks are progressing well.
Fans on X are hoping that Saka commits his future as soon as possible and they agree that he will be fully deserving of a higher salary:

How much is Saka earning at the moment?
According to Capology, the England international takes home Β£195,000 a week, making him the 6th highest paid player at the club currently.
Saka is behind Kai Havertz, Gabriel Jesus, Gabriel Jesus, Martin Odegaard, Declan Rice and Thomas Partey.
Arsenal are hoping to tie down two other Hale End stars
Saka is not the only first team player who the club are in negotiations with at the moment. Both Ethan Nwaneri and Myles Lewis-Skelly are also poised to get new contracts.
With the two teenagers having made their mark at senior level this season, they are more than deserving of fresh deals that reflect their new status. It is hoped that, along with Saka, they will sign on the dotted line sooner rather than later.
