‘This Must Be A Joke’ ‘Lynx Africa Themed, Interesting!’ Arsenal Fans React To Leaked Images Of New Away Kit

Arsenal’s new away kit has been revealed in leaked pictures and it’s fair to say that there has been a mixed reaction to it among fans.

Manufacturers Adidas have gone with a black design, that includes the use of red and green on the collar and club logos, whilst also adding white to both the sponsor and the shoulders.

Some supporters on X are really not keen on the new shirt, while others are more positive about the choice of colours:

Adidas’s choice of red and green is symbolic

It is believed that the away jersey has been inspired by the special edition Honor Oak trainers, which were designed to celebrate the friendship between club legends Ian Wright and David Rocastle.

Honor Oak is, of course, a reference to where both Wright and Rocastle grew up as kids.

When will the Arsenal away kit be released?

The 2023/24 version of the away shirt was released in mid-July last year during the club’s preseason tour of the United States and it’s likely that the 2024/25 jersey will be made available at roughly the same time.

As always, the club will release the home kit first and that is expected to go on sale right after the final game of the season in late May or early June.
