Arsenal are interested in signing Brighton midfielder Moises Caicedo, according to the Sunday Mirror (via the Daily Express).
The newspaper claims that the Gunners could be joined in the race to sign Ecuadorian international by the likes of Manchester United, West Ham, Juventus, Atletico Madrid and Bayer Leverkusen
Caicedo has only recently established himself in the first team at Brighton. He joined the Seagulls during the 2021 January transfer window for £4.5m but he spent the first half of last season on loan at Belgian side Beerschot.
After returning to the south coast at the start of this year, he had to be patient for starting opportunities, but he began to feature regularly by the beginning of April.
Since then, Caicedo has gone from strength to strength, and it now appears Arsenal (along with a number of other teams) are considering whether to make a move for the 20-year-old before the transfer window shuts.
