Arsenal have had an eclectic history in the Premier League era when it comes to management staff. There have been some incredibly high peaks, but likewise, they’ve also suffered through some deep valleys.

Today, we’ll be ranking the five managers that Arsenal have had since 1992 from worst to best. None of them have been objectively terrible – but some have certainly been better than others.

We’ll be including Arsenal’s current head coach, Mikel Arteta, in this list. Of course, as his tenure is far from over, we can only rank him based on his achievements up to this point.

Moreover, we will only be looking at permanent head coaches – interim managers, such as Pat Rice, Stewart Houston and Freddie Ljungberg won’t be considered.
