Arsenal Looking Forward To The End Of The International Break

Having 7 key players out with injury will take a toll on any team regardless of how good the lot is. It happened to Arsenal against Bayern and against Tottenham but hopefully, will not happen again too soon. According to the Daily Express, aside from Welbeck and probably Rosicky all players will be fit by December which is very likely to be a decisive month for the Gunners. They will be facing City on the 21st of December and a win likely could put them on top. Oxlade-Chamberlain, Ramsey and Bellerin will be fit at the end of the international break which is great as they will have time to get back on the horse by playing against WBA, Norwich, Sunderland and Villa. There is no reason for Arsenal to have trouble winning any of the four games even with the right side of the team being affected by injury.

The schedule is pretty well set-up for Wenger’s side as he can continue playing with Debuchy and Campbell against WBA and Norwich, and ease back Walcott, Bellerin and Ramsey possibly against the teams who sit on the bottom of the Premier League standings. If Wilshere recovers as predicted he will get to play against Villa and then maybe join Coquelin, Ozil and Ramsey down the middle axis which will have to face City. If all things go well and the players manage to stay away from injuries, Arsenal are definitely in the best shape for seasons to win the Premier League trophy. Consistency is key, and the Gunners will surely have that if the medical staff find a way to keep the players fit.
