Arsenal are keen to snap up Celtic left-back Kieran Tierney in the summer, according to reports in the English media.

The Gunners have reportedly been watching the 21-year-old for the last two seasons, and are now said to be prepared to step up their interest.

Celtic are believed to be holding out for £25m for Tierney with the Scottish international being an integral part of their first team.

Arsenal do have a limited transfer budget this summer but the Hoops’ valuation of their fullback is said to have not put them off.

With Nacho Monreal’s contract situation still up in the air, a move for a new left-back could be one of the London’s club top priorities at the end of the season.

Whether Tierney will be willing to leave Celtic, it remains to be seen. The defender is a lifelong supporter of the Scottish side and signed a five-year contract back in 2017.
